The Beach

The Tafuna family loves the beach! Well, Sarah loves the beach, Tui likes the beach, and Malachi isn't so sure. Tui hates the sun and malachi, we're not sure what it is he doesn't like. He loves sand, he loves water and he loves wind, but i guess the combination of the three on a large scale freak him out a little bit. However, he's getting better and Mummy is determined that he will love the beach just as much as she does. Here are a few pictures from our recent beach visits (even though it's meant to be winter here, it's still sooooo hot that we've been at the beach alot!).

These are some pictures we took at sunset beach one sunday afternoon, we just missed the good sunset, but i guess this will do....As you can see, Malachi wasn't very keen on the sand.

Our family really wouldn't be what it is if it wasn't for one thing - our religion. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints - Mormons, and proud of it. We are so grateful to have the knowledge that God loves us so much that he has restored his church again, in all its glory, for us today. It is lead by Thomas S. Monson, a living prophet of God, a Moses in our day. We believe that families can be together forever, the greatest thing you could ever ask for, but only if we're living lives worthy of that blessing. Family comes first for us. Some people may think we're weird or strange, or really not understand our religion at all, but at the end of the day, we're just people trying to do what we believe to be right.

We know God lives. We know that he is our Father. We know that Jesus Christ is his son and our Saviour. We know that he loves us and that he will come again.

We are not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.....
