This morning, bright and early, we heard a car honking outside our house.
It was a yellow van.
A mail van.
They had a special delivery for Tui.
It was from immigration.
It was a letter saying,
"I am pleased to tell you that your application for a New Zealand Resident visa has been approved"
Wow.
It only took 6 weeks, not the 18months+ that was promised.
This is 100% the Lord's doing.
We are absolutely grateful.
You cannot begin to understand how much easier this will make our lives (unless you've been through the same process yourselves).
He can apply for school now.
For scholarships.
For student allowance.
For government jobs.
He qualifies for financial assistance.
For domestic tuition.
Such a blessing.
He is one step closer to putting on that black jersey.

awesome news on the immigration stuff, FYI, when ty tried to apply for student allowance, he was denied coz he wasnt a resident of NZ for over 2yrs, so im hoping that it has changed, but he was still able to apply for the student loan!! good luck with school tui
