Wellington - Part 1

A few weeks ago  (which is now like a few MONTHS ago) we made the trip down to Wellington to visit my brothers that live there.  The boys favourite cousin Hannah moved there a little over a year ago and they miss her terribly.  It was so sweet seeing them reunite - distance means nothing to these kids!  They live in a little beach town, Raumati Beach, which was perfect, such a good place to live.  We hung out and played tourist and had such a good time with them.

The area is made for young families, so many awesome playgrounds, a splash pad.  That mixed with beautiful weather made it such a great place to visit.

We went in and visited my brother's classroom at the highschool he teaches at.  The kids got to play with all his cool Japanese stuff like his samari swords, and he taught Vili how to juggle. Sort of.

We visited the Te Para museum.  We were there for about 3 hours, but could have easily spent the whole day.  They've done such a good job making it interesting for all ages, and every level had these great areas for kids with activities and hands on stuff. And the best part was, IT'S FREE!!
